BofA Securities acquired 82 lakh Eternal shares worth nearly ₹267 crore from Goldman Sachs at ₹325.5 per share, highlighting growing institutional interest in the Indian startup.
The deal comes amid significant activity around Eternal, including recent exits by Antfin and BNP Paribas. Eternal’s Q1 FY26 results show a 70% year-on-year revenue surge to ₹7,167 crore but a sharp profit drop to ₹25 crore. The stock closed at ₹329.45, with the company’s total market cap reaching ₹3,17,930 crore.
