Fabric Care Startup Iztri Raises Rs 10 Crore in Seed Funding Led by All In Capital and Suashish Group

Bengaluru-based fabric care startup Iztri has secured Rs 10 crore (approximately $1.1 million) in a seed funding round led by All In Capital and Suashish Group. The round also saw participation from angel investors including Anupam Mittal, Kunal Shah, Tanmay Bhat, Gaurav Munjal, Roman Saini, Abhishek Goyal, the JK Tyre family office, and Shadowfax founders Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khadelwal, along with existing backer PedalStart. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate the company's expansion plans, strengthen its operational and technology infrastructure, and deepen its hub network. Iztri also plans to expand beyond its core ironing service into adjacent fabric care segments such as dry cleaning and shoe care, targeting more than 100,000 customers over the next six months. Founded in 2024 by Rohit Ramesh and Ankit Choudhary, Iztri began operations in early 2025. Ramesh, a former Unilever professional and MICA Ahmedabad alumnus, brings consumer business experience, while Choudhary, an IIT Delhi graduate and former Shadowfax executive, brings logistics and operations expertise. The startup currently serves more than 25,000 customers across Bengaluru and has created employment for over 200 blue-collar workers through its hub network. The latest round follows a $200,000 pre-seed round led by AJVC in 2025 and an earlier $50,000 investment led by PedalStart.
