XCITE - the XLRI Council for Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship at XLRI Jamshedpur, supported by NABARD - has opened applications for its inaugural cohort, offering early-stage rural entrepreneurs across 12 eastern states a structured pathway to seed funding, mentorship, and business growth.
The programme, anchored on a three-pillar philosophy of Seed, Mentor and Grow, targets grassroots founders building ventures in rural India, with a particular focus on women-led and tribal-led enterprises. Selected entrepreneurs will receive seed funding, mentorship, learning support, business advisory services, and access to growth opportunities.
