I-Hub Startup Jharkhand Foundation, the DPIIT-recognised startup accelerator based in Ranchi, has announced the launch of SAKSHAM 4.0, the fourth cohort of its flagship startup accelerator program. Applications are now open and will close on 15th September 2026.
SAKSHAM 4.0 is designed for startups that have already built their Minimum Viable Product (MVP), secured early or existing customers, and are now looking to scale further. The program continues Startup Jharkhand's mission of strengthening the state's entrepreneurial ecosystem through structured, hands-on support for growth-stage founders.
Program Highlights
According to the official announcement, SAKSHAM 4.0 will focus on six key pillars:
- Fundraising Readiness - Helping startups become investor-ready through tailored guidance
- Market Access - Connecting founders with relevant networks, partners, and business opportunities
- Intensive Mentorship - Direct access to seasoned founders, operators, and industry experts
- GTM Scaling - Support in refining go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer growth
- Product & Business Strategy - Strengthening unit economics and business models
- Community of Builders - Building a strong, collaborative cohort of ambitious founders
Continuing a Track Record
SAKSHAM 4.0 follows in the footsteps of previous cohorts under the SAKSHAM Accelerator umbrella, which has already produced notable success stories, including LogicLens, a Qi Ventures-backed AI startup that emerged from Startup Jharkhand's ecosystem.
The launch comes on the heels of Entrepreneurial Connect 3.0 (EC 3.0), Jharkhand's largest startup summit held in May 2026 at the CCL Convention Centre in Ranchi, which drew over 700 attendees and 400+ startups, and saw active engagement from investors, government bodies, and institutional partners including Government of Jharkhand, JIIDCO, RAMP, CCL, NABARD, Mission Blue Foundation, Last Mile Care, Premsons Motor, Trade Friends Co., XLRI's XCITE, CIIE IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, and CyberPeace Foundation.
How to Apply
Founders interested in applying for SAKSHAM 4.0 can submit their applications at https://startupjharkhand.org/program?slug=saksham4.0 before the deadline of 15th September 2026.
With this new cohort, Startup Jharkhand reaffirms its commitment to building a robust startup ecosystem in the state, in line with its broader vision of contributing to Viksit Jharkhand and Viksit Bharat.
